• Countywide Property Inspection Services assumes no responsibility for Chinese Drywall Inspection other than to identify and document the type of drywall that is in the home. We will indentify the type of drywall used and identify negative reactions from the gases given off ( if applicable) that are visually apparent

• We do not assist you in filing any claims. We will not hold any liability for further completion of the process necessary for you to obtain compensation or correction from the findings thru this inspection. Any further assistance will incur additional compensation. Payments are due at completion of the inspection. Payment may also be made online by Credit Card at our secure website; payment link listed under Reports.

This inspection may take up to 2 hours as we conscientiously investigate and photograph.
